About the Event

The Take A Child By The Hand Bowl-A-Thon aims to raise scholarships for 35 children to attend By The Hand Club For Kids this school year. God willing, every dollar raised will be matched again this year. Small groups, Bible studies, friends and families are encouraged to join together to raise support for children to discover abundant and eternal life. There are three different levels available:

 

• Turkey: Raise $5,700 and sponsor two children for a year (with match)
• Strike: Raise $2,850 and sponsor a child for a year (with match)
• Spare:  Raise $1,425 and sponsor a child for 6 months (with match)
• Individual: Raise $500 and sponsor a child for 2 months (only available for individuals)

Then come and celebrate with the kids you’ve helped sponsor at this year’s Take A Child By The Hand Bowl-A-Thon on Saturday, September 25. It will be held at Waveland Bowling Alley ($25 entry fee for those not sponsoring a child). The Take A Child By The Hand Bowl-A-Thon will include unlimited bowling, shoes and ball, food, music and all the fun you can muster.  There will be prizes for the most money raised, highest bowling score, best bowling outfit and more!
